- Great Lake Music Co provides high quality, private music lessons from Monday to Thursday, 3.30 – 6.30pm. Our current teaching location is at Taupo Nui A Tia College, 122 Spa Road Taupo, in the new music buildings adjacent to the school reception.
- Our beginner rates are $35 per person, for one half an hour space with one tutor.
- At GLMC we provide the First Lesson Free, there is no need to bring anything initially, however you must be able to provide your own sticks or guitar if you wish to continue (we will provide the piano and drum kits). This first lesson allows us to create an individual learning programme before any commitment is made.
- Lesson times can be permanently changed by requesting a change through your Family Portal, or by contacting GLMC directly. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated but we strive to do our best. A change is not officially made until confirmation is received from GLMC.
- Absence Policy – If you are unable to attend a lesson, please notify us as soon as possible through your Family Portal, or using our contact details. Notice of absence less than a week prior to lessons will incur a lesson charge. Unfortunately our tutors' time is booked in advance so it is at their discretion to remove the charge for late notice in particular circumstances.
- Lesson Cancellation Policy – If you choose to cancel lessons suddenly during a term, the absence policy will apply for one week. This is to ensure that the tutors time is covered for the week you were expected at lessons.
- GLMC reserves the right to cancel any lessons at any time.
- Late invoice payments will incur a 15% fee, unless contact has been made with our team.
- Invoices will be sent via email (from XERO). Please check your Spam folders for invoices from All Things Wonderful, if you cannot find it please email us ASAP.
- During public and school holidays we would like, and we would like you, to spend that time with family so there are no lessons.
- We focus our efforts mainly on Drums, Guitar, Bass, Piano/Keyboard and Band tuition. However please enquire for any music tuition needs, if we cannot help, we will pass you on to someone who can.
